A Catholic quiz and catechism through play
The quiz grew from a simple observation: catechism sticks when it is tested, not when it is listened to. Five hundred and thirty-four questions cover what is actually taught — the figures and events of the Old Testament, the life of Jesus and the first communities, the well-known saints, and what happens at Mass every Sunday.
The levels are arranged so that everyone has somewhere to start. Beginner questions are known to anyone who attended catechism, while expert ones ask for the liturgical colours, the order of the parts of the Mass and lesser-known saints. Liturgy and customs is the richest category, because it is the least asked about and the most used.
The quiz also works for groups: parish communities, youth gatherings and catechism classes looking for ready-made questions for a quiz night. The questions are in Croatian, with four offered answers and exactly one correct.
